Iran Raises Red Flag Over Jamkaran Mosque
Tehran (Web Desk): Following Israel’s attack on Iran, thousands of people gathered at sacred sites in the Iranian cities of Mashhad and Qom. In a symbolic move, a red flag was hoisted over the Jamkaran Mosque in Qom — a traditional symbol of revenge.
According to foreign media reports, the Iranian public is demanding strong retaliation against the Zionist regime.
It is worth noting that last year, after Israel targeted Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh in a missile strike in Tehran, Iran had also raised a red flag over the Jamkaran Mosque as a symbol of vengeance.
