Tando Adam Hosts “Best Performance Headmistress Award 2026” Ceremony

Sanghar(Hasnain Ashiq Saand) Under the patronage of Taluka Education Officer (Female) Tando Adam, Ali Bhano, the “Best Performance Headmistress Award 2026” ceremony was held at Shah Abdul Latif Municipal Library, recognizing excellence among female school leaders. The event drew participation from prominent education officials, teachers, and special guests from across the district.

The ceremony was attended by Assistant Commissioner Tando Adam Hunain Tariq Shahani, GSTA Sanghar District President Rustam Ali Nizamani, District President Gowa Sanghar Ghulam Shabbir Khaskheli, Liaqat Ali Chandio, Fazalullah Umarani, Madam Rehana Zaidi, President PT Alf Tando Adam Lakhadno Khaskheli, Sajid Chakrani, Abdul Rashid Jalalani, and other notable figures.

Outstanding headmistresses were honored with shields and awards for their exemplary performance. Recipients included Madam Rehana Zaidi, Madam Shehrbano, Fareeda Akhtar, Raheela Parveen Memon, Shabana Samoo, Nazia Sharif, Samina Sharif, Shagufta Ijaz, and Madam Kazbano.

Addressing the gathering, Assistant Commissioner Hunain Tariq Shahani, Rustam Ali Nizamani, and Liaqat Ali Chandio emphasized the crucial role of teachers in shaping society’s future. They stated, “Teachers’ dedication and hard work are the foundation of a brighter society. Ceremonies like these encourage healthy competition and motivate educators to raise academic standards, ultimately inspiring students to excel.”

They further added, “We are proud of our female educators who contribute significantly in every field. Recognizing their efforts through awards motivates them to continue striving for excellence and helps foster positive competition in educational institutions.”

Tehsil Education Officer (Female) Ali Bhano, the event host, remarked, “These awards are a recognition of our teachers’ dedication and achievements. We hope every educator continues to positively impact society through their teaching and character.” As part of the event, guests were presented with traditional Sindhi Ajraks and honorary shields to celebrate the province’s cultural heritage.
