Three Hindu Sisters and One Boy Student Allegedly Abducted from Shahdadpur, Tension Grips Community, Police Urged for Swift Action
Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) In a troubling incident in Shahdadpur city, three Hindu sisters, Shina Bai, Jiyan Bai, and Diya Bai along with a male student, Hani s/o Ashok, have been allegedly abducted from a private school located in the Suwai Road area. According to family sources, all four victims are under 18 years of age and were pursuing medical education at universities in Karachi, Hyderabad, and Jamshoro.
Following the incident, a First Information Report (FIR) was lodged at Shahdadpur Police Station on the complaint of the girls’ father, Bhagwan Das. The abductions have sparked outrage within the local Hindu community, which convened an emergency meeting at the Dharamshala (community hall) in Shahdadpur. Hundreds of community members participated and closed down their shops in protest.
Sanghar SSP Ghulam Nabi Khero visited the Dharamshala and met with the families of the abducted youths. He assured them that a full investigation is underway, some suspects have already been taken into custody, and efforts are being made to ensure the safe recovery of all four missing individuals. “We are investigating the case from every possible angle,” the SSP stated, “and no one involved will be spared.”
Meanwhile, the families of the victims, speaking to journalists, emotionally pleaded for justice, claiming that their daughters are minors and that the social media videos circulating about their conversion to Islam are false and made under duress. They emphasized that this is an act of coercion and called for urgent intervention.
Community leaders including Rajesh Kumar, Vinod Kumar, and Parmananad have issued an ultimatum to the authorities, stating that if the students are not recovered within eight hours, they will launch a shutter-down strike and expand the scope of protests across the region.
As of the latest reports, there has been no confirmed information about the whereabouts of the abducted individuals. The families remain in deep distress, and tensions continue to mount within the Hindu community in Shahdadpur.
