Trader and Mother Found Murdered in Tando Adam Home

Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand)The bodies of a trader and his elderly mother were found inside their house in Nawaz Town, within the jurisdiction of City Police Station Tando Adam, on Tuesday.

According to police, neighbors informed them about the incident after sensing foul play. The victims, identified as Ghulam Rasool Gujar, a power loom trader, and his mother Razia, were shifted to the Taluka Hospital for medico-legal formalities.

Police said the bodies appeared to be two days old and bore marks of severe torture. Initial investigations suggested that both had been killed with heavy blunt objects, while the victim’s mobile phone was also reported missing.

Residents of the locality told police that the trader had domestic disputes with his wife, who had left the home some time ago. They claimed she had briefly returned with her children two days earlier before leaving again.

Law enforcement officials said further identification and tracing of heirs was being carried out through biometric verification.

No FIR had been registered until the filing of this report, while police said a detailed investigation was under way.
