13-Year-Old Girl's Alleged Suicide in Tando Adam: Family of Accused Calls for Fair Investigation
Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) The case of 13-year-old Arooj Kashmiri, who allegedly died by suicide following threats of leaked photos on social media, has taken a new turn. The father and brother of the accused, Mehrab Khoso, held a press conference at the Tando Adam Press Club, claiming that Mehrab was falsely implicated in the case.
Mehrab's father, Hazar Khan Khoso, and brother, Sher Khan Khoso, stated that Mehrab, a married man with children, had no connection with the incident. They alleged that Arooj had a strained relationship with her stepmother, which might have led to domestic violence. They pointed out that initial postmortem reports suggested signs of physical assault on the deceased.
The Khoso family also claimed that Mehrab was at work on the day of the incident and said they had witnesses to support this claim. They urged authorities to investigate the role of the stepmother and the girl's family to uncover the truth behind her death.
They called on the SSP Sanghar, DSP Tando Adam, and other relevant officials to conduct an impartial investigation and ensure justice is served.
This case has drawn significant public attention, with demands for a thorough and unbiased probe to determine the true circumstances of the girl's tragic death.
